The 6th “Low-carbon Development, Green Life” public photography exhibition & “China’s Low-carbon Models” release ceremony was held in Beijing on June 25, 2015. The event was supported by the National Development and Reform Commission and jointly held by China News Agency and China Newsweek. Sinopec was awarded as “2015 China’s Low-Carbon Model” for its excellent performance in green and low-carbon development, marking it the 5th consecutive year for Sinopec to win the award.

Sinopec has made “Green and Low-carbon” one of its development strategies and adhered to the environmental protection philosophy that every cent necessary for environmental protection shall not be spared; any action against the interest of environmental protection shall not be taken; and any profit at the cost of pollution and damage to the environment shall not be accepted.
